LIVING STRONGER

“WORKOUT OF THE DAY PLUS MOBILITY” is all about variety & every time you turn up you won’t know what to expect. This class also features an addition of mobility movements to enhance and improve day to day activities. It’s a great way to finish the week and start your Friday.
