Seaside Health Club is Merimbula’s premier gym and has been designed to serve both our local community as well as be a welcoming health facility for the many visitors we get to our beautiful town.

24/7 ACCESS
At Seaside Health Club you have 24/7 access to the best cardio and weights equipment in the region, to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
EQUIPMENT
Our cardio equipment is brand new Matrix – treadmills, stair climbers, bikes and rowers.
Our strength equipment is a mix of free weights, pin-loaded and plate-loaded – predominantly Technogym and Matrix.
GROUP FITNESS
There is also a large group fitness area, which houses our functional training equipment, kettlebells, Y Bells, Air Bikes, Rowers and Ski Erg, as well as a sled track, as well as a separate spin cycle studio.
LOCKERS
To ensure your valuables are safe during your workout Seaside Health Club offers lockers for members to use free of charge. There are lockers and hangers available within both the male and female change rooms.
BATHROOMS
We understand how important high-quality bathroom facilities are for members wishing to work out before, during or after their day at work. With that in mind, we have created generous bathroom/change rooms complete with key essentials to ensure you are able to freshen up after a workout in comfort.
CAR PARKING
Free undercover parking is available onsite at the Club Sapphire complex. Seaside Health Club is located less then a minutes walk from the car park and there are plenty of spaces available. There is also street parking available making Seaside Health Club the most accessible gym on the Sapphire Coast.
CAFE / BAR
Being located inside Club Sapphire comes with many advantages for Seaside Health Club’s members and visitors. Food and beverage is one. Upstairs inside Club Sapphire, you will find the cafe, restaurant(s) and bar. With seating available overlooking Merimbula, Club Sapphire is perfect for a pre-workout boost or a post-workout refuel.
