This lifelong dedication to the health and fitness industry has seen Mark travel extensively and apply his skills globally, both in the running of his own successful business and working with elite athletes and sporting teams, top corporate executives, TV personalities and alongside some of the best health professionals in the world.

Paul Perkins

Owner, Instructor.

Paul has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, starting his career in Canberra where he studied and completed Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness. Paul started off working in BodyWorks Health Clubs as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. 3 years later Paul started his own personal training company with a friend and started working with a number of the Club Lime facilities throughout Canberra.

Keely is currently completing her Certificate III in Fitness. Once Keely has obtained her Cert 3 she would like to further extend her qualifications by completing her Certificate IV in Fitness.

With this she hopes to influence as many lives as possible both physically and mentally.

Steph is a driven and motivated individual with a strong passion for the health & fitness industry, thus pushing her to undertake a traineeship in fitness, starting her certificate III at Seaside Health Club.

Steph wishes to further extend her studies and knowledge in her chosen field with the vision and desire to educate and inspire as many lives as possible.
