Paul Perkins

Owner, Coach.

Paul has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, starting his career in Canberra where he studied and started working in gyms. Paul started a successful personal training company with a mate in Canberra, eventually moving home to open Raw Strength Bombala and 3 years later Seaside Health Club with Mark.

Paul is very passionate about bringing a high standard of fitness and health into smaller rural & coastal areas and give the same opportunities and services in health you would find in larger metropolitan areas.

Steph is a driven and motivated individual with a strong passion for the health & fitness industry, thus pushing her to undertake a traineeship in fitness, starting her certificate III at Seaside Health Club.

Steph wishes to further extend her studies and knowledge in her chosen field with the vision and desire to educate and inspire as many lives as possible.

Ash has been involved in the fitness industry since 2013. Discovering her passion for health & fitness she found an opportunity to educate and influence the lives of others. Ash believes that strength and fitness are vital components of a healthy & balanced lifestyle, therefore it is her ambition to help her clients understand this so they can live life to their full potential. Life is full of challenges and many people see exercise as one of these challenges, however through the right training and motivation it can be made an enjoyable and regular part of your daily regime.

As a trainer one of Ash’s goals is to help clients be the best that they can possibly be and achieve their goals by constructing personal programs tailored to the needs of the individual.

Brock Seabrook

Brock has been involved in the fitness industry for the past 3 years and has never looked back! Brock’s passion comes from his sporting background, the love of training himself and the understanding of a how well designed training routine transfers over into everyone’s everyday life from simply moving well to performance improvements for any sport or hobbies one may be involved in.

With passion for all things sport, coaching and training, Brock strives to surround himself and provide all those around him with the motivation, training & tools to succeed on their fitness journey.
