Mark is a dedicated fitness professional, who has always had an unrivaled passion and enthusiasm for exercise, a focus he has pursued through tertiary education. This lifelong dedication to the health and fitness industry has seen Mark travel extensively and apply his skills globally, both in the running of his own successful business and working with elite athletes and sporting teams, top corporate executives, TV personalities and alongside some of the best health professionals in the world.

Paul Perkins

Owner, Coach.

Paul has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, starting his career in Canberra where he studied and started working in gyms. Paul started a successful personal training company with a mate in Canberra, eventually moving home to open Raw Strength Bombala and 3 years later Seaside Health Club with Mark.

Paul is very passionate about bringing a high standard of fitness and health into smaller rural & coastal areas and give the same opportunities and services in health you would find in larger metropolitan areas.

Keeley Coleman

Keely is currently completing her Certificate III in Fitness. Once Keely has obtained her Cert 3 she would like to further extend her qualifications by completing her Certificate IV in Fitness.

With this she hopes to influence as many lives as possible both physically and mentally.

Steph is a driven and motivated individual with a strong passion for the health & fitness industry, thus pushing her to undertake a traineeship in fitness, starting her certificate III at Seaside Health Club.

Steph wishes to further extend her studies and knowledge in her chosen field with the vision and desire to educate and inspire as many lives as possible.

Mim has been a Fitness and Recreation Instructor for over twenty years.  “I inspire to create a fun, entertaining, positive & challenging workout. My mission is to provide a friendly, inviting, educational, happy experience for all types of Fitness levels”  Mim will starting teaching for Seaside next week! Keep an eye out for our new timetable tomorrow night!  Mim will be teaching the classes below:  Seaside Step: An intense 45 min Step Class using high intensity, explosive moves & a great Cardio workout to music.  Seaside Activ8: An all inclusive (50 minute) Body Workout from head to toe. working through Cardio, strength and Flexibility. For all levels of fitness.  Seaside Power Bar: Push your strength and Fitness in One class, a combination of weights, Bars and body weight. (50min class) Finishing off with a Core/abdominal workout followed by a stretch and release
