LIVING STRONGER

WORKOUT OF THE DAY (WOD)

“WORKOUT OF THE DAY” is all about variety & every time you turn up you won’t know what to expect. WOD focuses on full body strength and conditioning with a combination of compound strength movements, muscular endurance, HIIT (high intensity interval training) & functional core work. This workout is expertly designed & can be modified to cater for all fitness levels.
