Paul Perkins


Paul has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, starting his career in Canberra where he studied and completed Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness. Paul started off working in BodyWorks Health Clubs as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. 3 years later Paul started his own personal training company with a friend and started working with a number of the Club Lime facilities throughout Canberra.

Paul’s clients ranged from people looking for general fitness & weight-loss to working with professional athletes. In 2012 Paul moved home to open a gym in Bombala and now Seaside Health Club in Merimbula.

I believe health and fitness is for everybody, there is no secret formula to reaching your goals but consistency, fun and a  little bit of hard work. Seaside Health Club is set up to cater for everyone. Alongside Mark I aim to create a welcoming and positive environment based on expert knowledge to bring you a fun & friendly experience.
