Combining his passion for exercise and healthy eating, Jake incorporates education and support within every session to coach his clients on how to create and sustain a healthy and active lifestyle.
Jake encourages wholesome movement through a dynamic, challenging and fun approach, with every session specifically structured to your goals and current fitness level.
You will often see Jake around the gym training when his not working, and uploading his training sessions / progress and recipe creations to social media.
