Ash has been involved in the fitness industry since 2013 when she realised her passion for health and fitness thus saw an opportunity to educate and influence the lives of others. Ash believes that strength and fitness are vital components of a healthy life, therefore it is Ashlee’s ambition to help clients understand this so they can live life to their full potential!
As a trainer it is Ashlee’s goal to help her clients and all our members to be the best they can possibly be by constructing personalised program’s tailored to the needs of the individual. We are very excited to have Ash on-board at Seaside Health Club.
