Meta-PWR is a new metabolic workout using functional kit and exercises mixed with a unique brand of meta-fit timings, commands and music for a 30 minute power workout that can be done anywhere with minimal equipment.
Meta-fit combine’s traditional body-weight exercises with the latest high intensity interval training (HIIT) and Tabata techniques, working on the premise that in order to burn fat, you need to boost your resting metabolism.

This workout is expertly designed and can be modified to cater for all fitness levels.
