Learn to Box and get fit with fun routines involving combinations and boxing for fitness while learning

Low impact cardio/strength circuit training based around functional movements. Seaside Circuit is also a great class to help you create a solid foundation for fitness and strength. If you are just starting out or prefer low-moderate impact classes this is the one for you.
A unique outdoor fitness session (located on the Club Sapphire bowling greens).
High Intensity Interval Training. Arguably one of the best training methods to get fit and lose weight!
Freestyle indoor cycle. A fun, calorie burning group workout. This class will improve your fitness and endurance and help tighten and tone!
Nurturing, friendly, personalised class. Refresh your Mind, Body, Spirit. Using Iyenar & flow techniques, breathing & mindfulness. Improve your posture and learn yoga stretching. Enhance your flexibility, balance and mobility. Feel the rejuvenation, energy and vitality finishing, with a blissful relaxation. This will bring balance to your other workouts. Bring a lightweight blanket if you have one.
Bodyweight Blitz is a 45min moderate to high intensity workout, focusing on only bodyweight movements and is perfect for any fitness level.
“WORKOUT OF THE DAY” Mod-high is all about variety & every time you turn up you won’t know what to expect.
WOD focuses on full body strength and conditioning with a combination of compound strength movements, muscular endurance, HIIT (high intensity interval training) and functional core work.
This workout is expertly designed and can be modified to cater for all fitness levels.
